amazing hotel, superb location!

heated floorsspacious roombreakfast replenishment
The location is fantastic, really close to everything i wanted to see! the complimentary espresso and sparkling water in the lobby were a welcome treat after exploring. i also appreciated the spacious room, especially the heated floors in the large bathroom. It felt so luxurious!
I did have an issue with a slightly scarce breakfast replenishment one morning. when a tray was depleted, it seemed that items were rearranged. this gave the impression that nothing was missing. I wish replenishment had been faster.

Satisfactory stay with minor drawbacks

excellent locationcomplimentary espressoconvenient accessuncomfortable mattressbug bitespeeling sofa
The location was excellent. It allowed convenient access to many attractions. The complimentary espresso and sparkling water in the lobby were appreciated. I found the L'Opera cafe just around the corner to be perfect for breakfast.
The mattress was uncomfortable. I got bitten by bugs during the first night. The front desk addressed the issue, and I didn't encounter any further problems with bugs for the rest of my stay. The sofa looked old with evident peeling.

fine locationdirty sockterrible noise
The location was fine I guess, it was near some stuff.
The room was not what I'd call clean. I found some dust, also I think I saw a dirty sock under the bed. The noise at night was terrible, I could hear everything from the room next to mine.
