Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room felt more like a suite, providing a wonderful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The room was large, clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable, blending in with the apartments in the same building. The service was exceptional, with the manager Hesham and the staff making me feel like family. The location was ideal, near the famous Katner shopping street and with easy access to public transport. The dining experience was great, offered at a nearby popular coffee spot at a reasonable price. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor dining costs.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right next to the Opera house and surrounded by great eateries. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the only downside was the distance to the toilet from the main door, which could be a bit inconvenient, especially at night.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, offering a quiet retreat despite the central location near the Ring and the Opera House. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, though some areas may need updating. The dining experience was pleasant, albeit slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for everything provided.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean, and the small kitchenette had everything I might need. The service was top-notch, with staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, right on the 'ring' in front of the opera house and close to all major sights. However, the dining experience was below par, with poor service from the restaurant staff. Despite this, I found the facilities to be great and value for money.
The hotel offers a mix of charm and elegance with a spacious antique-decorated lobby. The rooms are marvelous from a design perspective, but some may find them old and dented compared to the lavish lobby. The service provided by staff members like Omar, Benjmen, and General Manager Mr Hisham is incredibly helpful, though some paid services may impact the overall value. The location couldn't be more central, making it a perfect choice for exploring downtown Vienna. The dining experience is delightful but might lack some variety for certain guests.
